PTP - Procure to payment

PTP process covers the complete cycle from vendor master maintenance through procurement and vendor invoice processing, the resulting payment processing to external vendors. This cycle includes steps like the purchase requisiton, purchase order, order confirmation, delivery notification and invoice payment – and includes all checks, verification, approval processes, and documents which arise during the process.

OTC - Order to cash

Order to Cash is a set of business processes that involve receiving and fulfilling customer requests for Goods & Services. The activity includes customer master data management, contract administration, Delivery and invoicing, collections, cash applications, credit notes, bank reconciliations, credit control on over due outstanding etc.

RTR - Record to report

Record to report is the management process that covers the steps involved in preparing financials as per accounting standards (IGAAP/ IND AS) and periodical reporting of overall accounts.
